Windy Hills Coffees

Windy Hills roasts specialty or artisan coffee. It is brought to us by an importer in South Carolina. The green beans are roasted in Viper, Kentucky in small batches to bring you the freshest coffee possible. These are single origin coffees with no flavors added. No artificial additives, only great flavor that the barista (or you) can enhance. Available ground or whole bean, light to dark roasts, in various bag sizes. Prices below are for 12 oz bags.

La Pastora

A “classically complete” coffee with medium body and sharp acidity. Known for its perfect balance, it represents the best of responsible coffee farming today.

A gentle but robust flavor from the end of the coffee bush branch.

Said to be the coffee bean for finest flavor.

Haitian Blend

Completely new to us and we are working on a description. These green beans, carried by aid workers in Haiti who are limited take home twenty pounds each. We are hoping this helps the export business develop for this mostly untapped coffee source.

SPECIAL BLENDS

Latin Blend

Coffee enhanced with cinnamon and orange zest. Excellent sweetened with brown sugar or Panela.

Middle East Blend

Coffee blended with ground green cardamom pods adapted for use in drip coffee makers. Delicious on its own and outstanding with milk and sugar.

TIPS TO ENJOY THIS COFFEE

Store in dark, cool area for up to a year.

Use one tablespoon per cup to start!

Use coarse grind for single serve coffee makers (reusable pods with a filter)

Our Focus is Freshness and Quality Beans

The coffee is roasted in small batches as close to the time of the sale as possible. We can bag ground or whole bean coffee in 2, 8, and 12 ounce bags.

Decaffeinated coffee is also available and is widely appreciated for its great taste. It is decaffeinated in Canada using a Qusac process.

Coffee in 12 oz bags is $14 plus postage. We may be able to deliver or make available in our local area - just ask!

Small packages make great wedding or shower favors $3 for 2 oz bag for orders of 20 or more.
